Some cockerels are destined to be amazing.

This almost 4-month old youngin’ is looking mighty fine and will likely be the lead rooster out of my two recessive white boys. I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait until Minnie starts laying eggs.

This young cockerel has recently started crowing. I am eggcited to see how he continues to feather out. Tonight was our first grooming session and he did amazing. He stood almost perfectly still as I combed him as if he was made to be groomed regularly. Love it! He is going to make gorgeous babies!!

These two cuties are so adorable!! I believe these two are splash. SO many chicks have hatched, but still more to come. Watch for the updates!!🐣🐣🐣

Can you believe how cute he is?! He won’t be as small as dad or as big as mom, so we shall see just how big he gets. I am in love. Good job Nikko!!

It would be amazing if this was a pullet so I could have a dedicated splash pen. It is possible that I could also get a dominant white chick, so we shall see what the second chick looks like. If Cleo was a recessive white, all of the chicks would be white. So now I know that Cleo is a dominant white and will band her as such so I can optimize my silkie breeding program.🥳
