What does pastured-raised poultry mean?
Our broilers arrive as day-old chicks and spend their first few weeks in a warm brooder with regulated temperatures so they can grow strong and healthy. They even get constant cuddles and love from our kids. From the very beginning, they are fed a local, non-GMO feed from Sunrise Farms.
Once feathered out and ready, they move out to pasture where they get fresh air, sunshine, bugs, and grass every single day. Their tractors are rotated DAILY onto fresh pasture so they can scratch, forage, and live the way chickens were meant to live (not packed into a barn standing on litter their whole lives).
From the moment they arrive here, they stay here. No shipping them off, no middleman. We raise them, care for them, and hand process them right here on our farm.
📦 We will be processing in June and are NOW taking pre-orders for:
• Whole chickens
• Bulk orders (best value & freezer stocking option)
Bulk orders are the biggest savings and help us plan processing numbers ahead of time. If inventory remains after pre-orders are filled, we will then offer custom cuts and individual packages.
