It’s been an exciting week here at Duck Butter Farm! Along with welcoming two new calves (what a great way to start baby season) we still have a few pork products available!

Available now:
🐽 Breakfast Sausage (loose ground) – $8/lb
🌭 Hot Italian Bratwurst – $10/package
🌭 Classic Garlic Bratwurst – $10/package

Our pork comes from animals raised right here on the farm with plenty of fresh air, sunshine, and room to roam.

As we continue organizing freezers and working toward getting a retail pickup site/freezer up and running, we found a few odds and ends that are looking for a home!

Current inventory is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis:

🐖 Boneless Pork Loin Chops

• 2 chops per pack (about 0.67 lbs)

🍗 Pasture-Raised Chicken Breasts

🍲 From Pasture to Pantry 🐔

We’re ending chicken processing season by turning every last bit into something useful.

We spent the day simmering chicken backs, necks, bones, skin, etc. from our pasture-raised birds into rich, homemade chicken stock. Hours of slow cooking, fresh water, and simple ingredients create a flavorful stock that will feed our family all year long.
