We've restocked with 8 Black Angus Steers and secured processing dates for April 2027 — and we wanted you to hear it first.

With cattle market prices on the rise, we've adjusted our pricing to $7/lb hanging weight (up from $6/lb). This keeps us able to maintain the same quality feed, care, and standards you've come to expect from us.

Good news everyone! We are now offering locally raised choice cuts of beef on our website. The beef was grass fed and grain finished without steroids or growth hormones and raised on our farm in Grottoes. Beef was processed/packaged in a local USDA certified facility.

Tomatoes are up! This year we will have four varieties; Prudens Purple, Gladiator Romas, Sunny Boys, and German Stripeys.

We moved tomatoes to our larger high tunnel so that we could produce more tomatoes.

Other vegetables we plan to have this year are yellow squash, zucchini, bell peppers, jalapeño peppers and cucumbers.
