FYI, we literally have a salad bar in our yard. That is if you don’t use pesticides dandelions are one of the most edible plants around their leaves are bitter. The flowers are also edible. They’re sweet and they say if you make a tea out of the root which tastes so bitter and hideous it kills leukemia cells. That’s insane.!!!
