Thank you to the Ishpeming Rotary Club for honoring Stu Skauge with a $3,000 hut sponsorship!

We currently have 7 huts fully funded, with 5 huts already built by local students. Our goal is to have 15–20 huts fully funded and built in our first year, which is just six months away!

Several of our huts have been sponsored by local businesses, individuals, families, and civic organizations in memory of loved ones or to honor outstanding community members.

One of many reasons to work with a graphic designer. Jeremy from Northland UP Apparel Apparel stepped up without hesitation to help the Ishpeming Kriskindlmarkt get off the ground! He took the inspiration from the logo he created for us and transformed it into this beautiful, highly detailed design for our very first Kriskindlmarkt mug.

The craftsmanship, character, and level of detail are things you just don’t get from an AI-generated logo. Every element was thoughtful and intentional, and when the mug printing company presented a challenge, he adapted the design to meet their specifications without compromising the vision.

We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and can’t wait for everyone to see them in person!

For a one-time gift of $3,000, you can have your name, your business, or a loved one honored with a beautifully crafted wooden ornament plaque displayed on one of our market huts (see example in the comments). Your plaque will remain on the hut for the life of the structure.

More than a donation, your investment helps a start-up community event, local businesses, and the future of our area. Each hut will be built by local students through the Marquette-Alger CTE program and Northern Michigan University - Construction Management program, giving hands-on experience and supporting the next generation of skilled trades.
