Wide Awake Bakery We bake for you. Thor and Dan, at Oechsner Farms, grow the grains, and the gang at Farmer Ground Flour grind those grains between stones to make our flour.

At the Bakery, we mix and ferment and shape that flour into loaves (pretzels... pastry... pasta)

‼️Heads up! We’ll be closing a little early this Saturday so that our beloved staff can go spend some time with friends and family. Yes, our relationship with the Fourth of July is… fraught, to say the least. But we like an excuse to give our bakers a couple extra hours to cool off in the lake.
Swing by early to grab your goodies, then go try and beat this heat! Hours are normal until then, and will resume fully next week 🧨🧨🧨
