Gather your people and settle in for an easy night at the winery. We’ll have wine by the glass or bottle available, along with slushies, mocktails, and rotating snack specials. Outside food is welcome too. Pack a picnic or bring takeout from your favorite local spot.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own seating — low chairs, blankets, or patio chairs are all welcome. We’ll have limited seating available on-site as well.

This is a casual, open-house style evening with no assigned seating. Come anytime, stay as long as you’d like, and enjoy the sunset with us.

More than 15 harvests later, the signs are still out there, the old vines are still thriving, and our approach to farming hasn’t changed much either.

You’ll see some weeds and grasses in our vineyard. That’s because Organic farming is all about balance instead of perfection. Managing pests by giving beneficial insects a home. Trusting that healthy soil, resilient vines, and patience in the vineyard matter more than chasing trends or forcing outcomes.

ZinStar has always reflected that philosophy. A little wild around the edges, deeply rooted, and grown with intention year after year. 🍇
