And if you’ve ever spent an afternoon sipping wine, wandering downtown, chatting with local business owners, or watching the sun set over the vineyards… you probably already know why.

For six generations, our family has farmed in Lodi, and we’re proud to be part of a community known for world-class wines, deep agricultural roots, and people who show up for one another.

Our 2023 Inkblot Cabernet Franc, grown in our Lodi family vineyards, just swept the California State Fair Wine Competition, earning our first-ever perfect score along with every top honor on the table.

We have been farming in Lodi for six generations, and moments like this mean the world to our family and our team. It is one thing to believe in this place, and another to see it recognized like this.

Inkblot has always been our way of championing bold, lesser-known varietals we think deserve more love, and Cabernet Franc showed up in the best way possible.
