YES, THIS W**E WENT TO SPACE. 🚀🍷

In 2021, tiny samples of Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon were sent to the International Space Station to see what happens to fermentation without gravity.

When they came back, we discovered a completely new yeast strain. That discovery became Zero Gravity Cabernet Sauvignon.

A science experiment? Absolutely.
A pretty incredible glass of w**e? Also absolutely.

And yes, it’s truly out of this world. 🚀

Little Lodi fun fact: the Phillips family has been farming here for six generations. Yep, six!

We’ve watched the vineyards change, the community grow, and Lodi become the special w**e region it is today.

Pretty cool to call this place home. ❤️
