A new cut for us! I took three of these grass fed beef shanks and made beef stew. Slow cooked from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm. Very good! Beef shredded so nice .
We also have short ribs on hand and the guys sure liked those!

Sweet corn is ready! Hand picked and farm fresh! We start each day walking the rows and selecting ears to sell for the day! On the porch in the am for self serve (likely at least by 9:30 am) and then staff on hand 1:30-5:00 at the shop!
