Working on some cherry jam for the farmers market tomorrow!

A couple of weeks ago, we debuted a new flavor of jam – cherry. This jam was both difficult and easy to make. It was difficult because taking the pits out of a couple of pounds of cherries is a very tedious task. It was easy because it cooked surprisingly fast, taking about half the time of our other jams. We weren’t super sure how this jam would sell, since it’s not something we usually see or hear requests for, but we tried it and loved it so we brought it to the market where we ended up selling out of the flavor....
