Because this is a much better week to warm up your oven, check out this week's email for a simple and delicious chicken pot pie recipe.

I am not one to wish the seasons farewell, but that heat wave last week was tough. We're all loving the cooler weather and little bit of rain here on the farm today. It's perfect weather for cozy, comfort food!

We do still have a few turkeys left. If you would like one, please reserve one soon before they are sold out!

She loves helping in the kitchen and is my bone broth sous chef! I’ve explained all the benefits of bone broth and it’s now something she wants added to as many meals as possible so she can grow muscles, pretty hair, and beautiful nails :)

More Vitamin D From Your Food - https://mailchi.mp/f28ef1e558dd/homedelivery-8882445

Vitamin D is that vitamin you get from the sun. But, did you know that you can get it from certain foods when there isn't as much sunlight to absorb?

Many people take Vitamin D supplements during the winter, but they could just add more pasture-raised animals products to their diet instead. Pasture-raised pork and eggs contain high amounts of Vitamin D, especially in pork lard and egg yolks. Try some of our chops or eggs to get a huge nutrient boost!
