Officially designated Regenerative Organic Certified®, our estate vineyard features unique tasting rooms, fit for every mood. 21+ only, drink responsibly. The name Booker comes from the two orphan brothers, Claude and Dick Booker, who had previously purchased the land in the late 1920’s. By the turn of the century the Booker brothers had acquired over 1,200 acres on Paso's Westside. The Booker bro

thers were Paso's favorite sons, dedicating their lives to being great farmers and humanitarians. Aside from lending their farming knowledge and manual labor to neighbors and those in need, they were the area's biggest philanthropists, leaving 100% of their estate to charity when they passed, Dick in 1990 and Claude in 2000. At Booker Vineyard we have dedicated our lives to farming perfection. We are constantly striving to find perfect balance in our vineyard through sustainable farming practices and methods. Beginning in the spring of 2010 we began our venture into the world of Biodynamics. Our wines are always 100% estate fruit and are a true reflection of the calcareous and salicious shale hillsides provided by our vineyard.

Booker & My Favorite Neighbor Winery have proudly set a new standard for sustainability with the debut of its custom-designed wastewater treatment facility.

Years in the making, this modern system, developed with NVIRO, efficiently manages winery process water with advanced biological and membrane technology, producing high-quality water for vineyard and landscape irrigation. Seamlessly integrated into the property and built for future growth, the facility reflects a straightforward commitment to environmental stewardship, water conservation, and sustainable winemaking for years to come.

After much anticipation, the sheep have returned to the vineyard. This season, more than 400 sheep are making their way through our property, undertaking the first mowing pass among the vines. This partnership exemplifies a harmonious balance between tradition and sustainability. The flock is nourished by the land, while the vineyard is tended without reliance on machinery or the emissions associated with fossil fuels.

Witnessing this collaboration is truly remarkable—a testament to the dedication of , who has championed this initiative. With our tasting room nestled in the heart of the vineyard, our guests are able to observe the sheep at work, sparking conversations about our farming philosophy and commitment to stewardship.

We extend our gratitude to Jean Baptiste Jaureguy, whose decade-long partnership with Booker Vineyards has made this ongoing collaboration possible.
