The girls got their toes done! 💅

We did a little feet trimming the past few nights after getting the kiddos to bed. All the lambs have been weaned, so all mamas and our 12 yearling ewes that are hopefully now bred🤞🏽, are now processed and out on pasture!

We’ll be tagging babies this week and going through our list and contacting anyone interested in ram or ewe lambs and possibly some mature ewes.Stay tuned!

🌱Grazing Update🌱

The sheep are out doing sheep things! We’ve been stringing temporary wires all over the farm getting these sheep to the grass.

When you accidentally seeded the lawn with pasture mix a few summers ago and it shot up real quick before you got a chance to mow… you let the sheep out to do what they do best! 😂 🐑 💪

Two things get livestock farmers running as fast as they can. The “animals are out” and “I forgot to shut off the water tank last night”. Well at least the sheep weren’t out this morning…🤦‍♂️😳

Couldn’t help but snap a pic of this ewe lamb out of one our most productive Rehnelt Valley Ranch born and raised ewes. We love to see our name getting deeper on the pedigrees!👊

Spring has been slow, and we have a lot of barnyard cleanup to do, but at least the lambs can play king of the manure pile!🤷🏼‍♂️

As the lambs get older the zoomies get faster and faster!⚡️⚡️
