Last month, White Bluffs Brewing came over to brew a beer together. As you can see, at least one person worked really hard … but uhhh the important thing is that everyone had a good time. 👀 😋

We brewed Ground Provisions Harvest Lager and the time has come for you all to get a taste! It’s coming to the taproom THIS SATURDAY, August 29th along with four other August releases.

Ground Provisions Lager
Collaboration with White Bluffs Brewing
(5.5% ABV) - A historic lager brewed with sweet and russet potatoes, crafted in collaboration with White Bluffs Brewing and our friend Larry Rock. The name honors the starchy crops African-Caribbean slaves grew for sustenance, while the beer itself reimagines the German pre-Reinheitsgebot Kartoffelbier. Expect a striking copper-colored lager with notes of dark-toasted bread and a floral earthiness from the potato and classic noble hops.

Available on draft and in cans.

Join us on Saturday, August 8th for Run for Beer with the Washington Brewery Running Series!

The run kicks off at 11:00 AM from Lucky Envelope Brewing, and whether you’re hitting the pavement or just stopping by to celebrate afterward, we’ve got a great afternoon waiting for you.

We’ll be pouring two fresh beer releases: Pineapple Whip Sour and All Idaho West Coast IPA - the perfect reward after a few miles (or the perfect excuse to skip the run altogether ).

Grab your friends, lace up your shoes, and we’ll see you at the brewery!

Pineapple Whip Sour Ale (5.5%) –Fruited sour brewed with pineapple soft serve, pineapple puree, and coconut. Because no trip to a mouse-themed amusement park or the Puyallup Fair is complete without pineapple whip. Available on draft and in cans.

All-Idaho West Coast IPA (6.7% ABV) - We brewed this IPA to showcase Idaho-grown ingredients, one of the world’s most overlooked hop and malt farming regions. Matt’s recipe features Idaho 7, Idaho Gem, and Great Western Pure Idaho Pils malt. Expect notes of juicy pineapple, pine needle, light lavender, and grapefruit peel. Available on draft and in cans.

Support the Spokane community by dropping off donations of cat/dog food, non-perishable food, canned goods, hygiene products, toiletries, & other household supplies from Monday 8/3 to Wednesday 8/5 here at Lucky Envelope Brewing's tasting room. Collection bins/table will be just inside our front door.

Our friends Stoup Brewing will be driving out all donations to Spokane later this week.

Barry and Matt will be pouring this beauty at Lagerhead this weekend so if you’re looking for something to do, head out there, hang out, and drink some of the finest lagers in the PNW. Bonus: you’ll be supporting Washington Wild 🌲
