Our award winning ultra premium wines include Pinot Noir, red blends made with Bordeaux and Rhone varietals, Chardonnay, Rosé and Syrah. Our philosophy is a simple one "wine is made in the vineyard." To this end, all care is given to the grape production every step of the way. We source only the best fruit from vineyards we work with closely throughout the growing season, to produce wines of supe

rior quality and approachability. Our Tasting Room is located in the heart of the historic Downtown of Paso Robles, on the City Park. We are open daily from noon to 6 pm and reservations are highly recommended to preserve the safety of our guests. Our knowledgeable staff are available to assist you with recommendations based on your palate, and we are happy to share our winemaking process with you. We offer luxurious vineyard lodgings at our multiple vineyard properties with additional vacation rentals available soon.

Looking for a refreshing summer wine? Our 2024 Rose of Pinot Noir may be just what you are looking for! Enjoy a complimentary pour while you select your tasting flight!

When you join us for a tasting, you can select a vintage flight (tasting two vintages of each wine side by side), a reserve wine flight, or go for the flight of all Pinot Noir including Asuncion Ridge and Windward brands.

We’ve seen plenty of posts about harvest being underway in Paso. Philip has been keeping an eye on the grapes and our estate vineyard (Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah) is taking its sweet time to ripen. The cool start to summer means the vines are 2-3 weeks behind. He’s expecting our first grapes (Pinot Noir) near the end of September.

Have a peek at the vines next time you visit the tasting room and enjoy the vintages in the bottle.

We had a great time kicking off the weekend with our taco bar and live music by Sami & Logan. Thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy the relaxing Friday evening.
