Barn Talk Hops Barn Talk Hops is a family-owned hop farm. We wanted to create and cultivate a business using our yard and our home.

Our mission is to cultivate relationships with growers and brewers to help their businesses be successful and encourage the continued growth of the craft b**r industry in Ohio. WE GREW 'EM - YOU BREW 'EM

Barn Talk Hops is a family-owned hop farm and processing facility that was born out of a sense of wanting to be closer to home. It started with reducing our time spent traveling and multi-tasking and instead investing more in our family, our home and our community. Our team is our family - Mike, Jenny, and our kids - along with our community who is always willing to lend a hand in supporting us. We love getting to know our customers, fellow growers, and others in the local hop and craft b**r community. Overall, Barn Talk Hops is our way of choosing a happier, more enriching lifestyle. And who isn't happy when they're drinking a b**r?

Ever wanted to know a good back story of a fresh hop b**r? What is a fresh hop b**r? How is it made? Why do we do it? Want to meet and talk to the growers who produce an important b**r ingredient for us brewers?

We are hosting a super chill b**r lunch for our Fresh Hop B**r Fest on Oct. 5. Only 30 tickets being sold. $40/pp all in.

The brewers and hop growers will take you through 5 selected b**rs. 8oz pours each. Learn about the relationship between grower and brewer. Find out why we choose to celebrate special annual b**rs at harvest time. Get a better understanding of the high quality products being cultivated right here in our backyard.

And while we are sipping on b**rs, Alex and team will be providing a nice food spread throughout your experience. All your menu favorites like the pita/farmers cheese, wings, brussels, etc.

It's going to be a celebration of agriculture and fresh hop b**rs. In collaboration with the Ohio Hop Growers Guild , we are going to showcase the high quality hops that Ohio is producing.

All day long, we will have our taplines full of fresh hopped b**rs. We are hoping to have 16 different breweries represented who are creating fresh hop b**rs with one of the hop farms below.







This is one of the best times of year for hop growers and brewers...making b**rs fresh off the farms...and we get to benefit by having a lot of them all in one place...ALL DAY LONG!!!

We will have a small ticketed lunch where all 5 hop farms will be showcased with a brewery....info coming soon.
