🚨 THE O.G. IS BACK! 🚨 Comet Empire ☄️🏙️ The First in our SMaSH series celebrating NY - The Empire Stafe - ingredients in awesome beers! 🤩🫶🏻

Some beers come and go… but a few earn legendary status. Comet Empire, the very first beer in our Empire SMaSH Series, has returned to the tap list! This New York-grown American Pale Ale showcases the beauty of simplicity, featuring Empire 2-Row Barley and Comet Hops grown right here in New York State.

Expect a smooth, slightly sweet malt backbone with notes of toasted bread and caramel, balanced by bright bursts of grapefruit, citrus zest, and subtle pine from the Comet hops. The result is a crisp, refreshing, and wonderfully drinkable 5.7% ABV pale ale that celebrates New York craft agriculture and brewing heritage.

Whether you were there for the original release or you’re discovering it for the first time, now’s your chance to see why this beer helped launch the Empire Series.
