We have no choice 😔 Just being the 2 of us . Can't even afford to hire person/ppl. As with the ⏫💵increase of today's World ⏫💵 We have tried to stay at $1.75 but can't.

Charging $2.00 cut n wrap x weight of animal. Harvesting animals is cash for gas . Sorry for the inconvenience.

Some people say' where's our tenderloin? Tenderloin is on the T-bone you see that small round oval area from the other side of the t- bone which is called 'Striploin or New York Steak
Together is called T- Bone Stks . Customers do get a couple of steaks that we seemed out from the, next primo area of Top Sirloin area . Can't waste good cuts into ground ! We do it right 👍
