This week at the farmstand there is: Garlic, carrots, beets, tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro, dill, lettuce, kale,chard, onions, celery, zucchini, and probably a few other things. Also fee free to pick some apples from the tree with the picking ladder set up.

The good neighbour dinner was a real success: people made new friends, toured the garden, and ate some real delicious food. We fed well over 100 friends, neighbours and farm supporters with veggies from Heather Feenstra farm and pork from Spencer Haywood. Many thanks 🙏 to the Neighbourhood Small Grants Kootenay Co-op

Hey Friends and Neighbours!
Spencer Haywood and Heather Feenstra having a dinner party with food from our farms to celebrate our beautiful community and say thanks for all your support. It’s a $10 suggested donation but if that’s unattainable just send an email and we’ll hold a spot for you.  

It’ll be here at Wild Valley Farm on July 11 from 5-8ish with dinner at 6:30.   You can register for a spot at passmorequantumfarm.ca if you want to come.  Grab a ticket ASAP because there are only so many spaces and we want to know how much food to make.

We’d like to give a big shout out to the Kootenay Co-op , the Passmore lions club and neighbourhood small grants through the Osprey Foundation for supporting this event.

We are restocked on super fresh tasty local pasture raised fed with non-gmo feed chicken and there is lots of other veggies in the farmstand including the very first carrots of the season!
