Nothing goes into our cider but fresh pressed local apples and yeast- we don't add any sugar, water, or flavorings that are 'supposed to taste like apples'. We rely on the flavor, aroma, and acidity that comes from our apples, and we think Virginia has some of the best apples in the world. The result is a very drinkable cider- by the bottle or the wine glass - that pairs well with food, is natural

ly gluten-free, and is as enjoyable in the summer as it is in the fall. Offering craft cider, wine, and non alcoholic options with snacks and frequent food trucks. Featuring live music, plentiful shade, and generous outdoor spaces. In light of the health risk posed by COVID-19, our tasting room is taking advanced sanitation measures to safely seat our guests indoors and outdoors.

• Koda Kerl and Marie Borgman of Chamomile And Whiskey take the stage tonight for an intimate evening of songs and stories behind them. Joined by Matthew McAllister , the show will take place in The Chapel so space is limited — grab your tickets asap.

Kick off your weekend with Lua Project live tonight at 5:30pm. LUA Project brings a unique mix of sounds, stories, and cultural traditions to the stage. Grab a cider, settle in, and enjoy the music!

ABOUT THE BAND
Lua is a cultural pollinator, bridging together musical styles from different continents and different centuries. They write about contemporary themes, about families, and communities, of work and loss, but draw on the musical traditions of their own cultural past.

The music is inspired by Mexican and Appalachian song forms, Eastern European tonalities, baroque melodic ideas, & narrative storytelling approaches. They have created a repertoire that constitutes a new traditional music that is being shared with their children to experience, transform, and pass on.
