Thank you to everyone who joined us this evening for our very first Fireside in the Lavender Field.

It wasn’t a large crowd, but sometimes the smallest gatherings become the most meaningful. As the evening settled over the farm, we shared stories, laughter, and conversation around the fire while the fields began their quiet transition into night.

Simon and I truly enjoyed every moment. There is something special about slowing down together, watching the light soften across the lavender, and simply spending time in good company.

Thank you for being part of this first evening with us. We hope it was the beginning of many more peaceful fireside gatherings on the Glen.

From our hearts, thank you for sharing your evening with us. 🌿🔥

There’s plenty to discover around the farm this weekend 🌿

Browse the store for seasonal goods, local favorites, gifts, and everyday finds, stop into the greenhouse to pick up something for your garden, then unwind at The Snug with a drink in hand while you enjoy the fresh air and open space.

An easy place to slow down, linger a little longer, and enjoy your afternoon at Glen Innish Farm.

There’s something special about the farm in the early morning hours. 🌿

Next Saturday, June 6, we’ll gather in the lavender field for our first Sunrise Yoga of the season with Bonnie — a peaceful morning practice designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and begin the day feeling grounded and renewed.

As the morning light rises over the fields, Bonnie will guide you through a welcoming full-body flow focused on breath, movement, balance, and mindful intention. Her upbeat and encouraging style makes this class approachable for all experience levels — whether you practice often or are simply looking for a beautiful way to begin your Saturday.

Bring your mat, settle into the quiet rhythm of the farm, and enjoy a morning surrounded by fresh air, open skies, and the beginning signs of summer on the Glen.

Before the fields bloom, before the greenhouse fills, before the events and quiet summer evenings begin… there are hands in the dirt. 🌱

Every season at Glen Innish Farm starts this way.
Planting. Watering. Moving trays. Preparing garden beds. Checking lavender after winter. Carrying soil. Planning what this place will become in the months ahead.

So much of farm life happens behind the scenes long before anyone walks the trail or sits with a drink overlooking the fields. But those quiet moments of work and care are part of what makes the Glen feel the way it does.

This season is being built one plant, one bed, and one long day at a time — and we’re grateful you’re part of the journey with us. 🌿

Take a quiet moment for yourself this week.

Step outside, breathe in the fresh air, and let things slow down for a bit. Even a few minutes outdoors can help reset your mind and bring a little calm back into your day.

When you’re ready, visit the store and find little ways to extend that feeling at home:
✨ calming teas
✨ room sprays
✨ nourishing lotions
✨ and more!

Small moments of calm—inside and out.

As the sun begins to lower over the fields, we’re inviting you to join us for our first Fireside Evening on the Glen. 🔥🌿

This Friday evening, the fire will be lit, The Snug will be open, and the farm will begin settling into its quieter evening rhythm.

Come grab a lavender beer, glass of wine, seasonal fizz, lemonade, or a picnic for two… then spend some time by the fire as the light softens across the lavender fields and the sheep make their way back to the barn for the night.

No tickets.
No schedule.
No pressure to rush.

Just a peaceful evening on the farm to slow down, wander the trail, sit by the fire, and enjoy the close of the day with us.

Plant with purpose this season 🌿

Native plants are designed for our climate, which means they establish easily, handle local weather, and need less upkeep than traditional landscaping plants.

They also play a vital role in supporting pollinators and restoring healthy ecosystems right in your backyard 🐝🌼

Visit us to explore our native plant selection and start building a landscape that gives back!

This Memorial Day weekend marked 30 years since Simon and I first met.

As I walked the trail around the farm this morning, listening to the birds and watching the season slowly wake up around us, I found myself reflecting on how easy it is to rush through life — especially this time of year.

So often we spend the holiday weekend trying to get everything ready for summer that we forget to simply pause and enjoy the moment we’re already in.

I wrote a little reflection about Memorial Day, slowing down, gratitude, and the quiet moments that truly stay with us.

If you need a gentle reminder to breathe a little deeper and enjoy the season in front of you, I hope it speaks to you. ❤️

“The moments we slow down for are often the ones we remember most.”

Memorial Day has always held a special meaning for Simon and me.
