Most of the time, Jeremy is behind the scenes.

If something breaks, he fixes it, if it needs built, he builds it and if there’s a problem, he figures out a way to make it work.

Around here, he’s the guy keeping equipment running, tackling projects that never seem to end, and helping make sure everything gets done. And he still finds time for us girls in the middle of it all.

Today we’re celebrating the dad who teaches by example. The one who shows up every day, works hard, and never asks for much in return.

Happy Father’s Day, Jeremy.

And congratulations on bringing home a trophy. I’d say you earned it. ❤️

I may have been a little too excited when the Bespoke Apothecary Elmira order showed up this morning.

We finally got a fresh restock in, and it feels like Christmas opening all the boxes. Every time we bring these products in, they become instant favorites. The quality is fantastic, and they’re the kind of thing you pick up for a gift and end up keeping for yourself.

If you’ve been waiting for a restock, I’d stop in sooner rather than later. Some of these items have a habit of disappearing pretty quickly around here.

They’re all stocked up and ready for you at the farm store!

Lainey and I are loaded up and headed to the Broome County Regional Farmers Market this morning.

We’ve spent most of the week making sure both the market trailer and the farm store are stocked up. Milk, yogurt, cheese, curds… we’ve been busy. Busy enough that I’m already looking at the cheese curd inventory and thinking I may need to make another batch tomorrow so we don’t run out.

If you’re heading to market today, stop by and see us. If you’re staying closer to home, the farm store is stocked and open with everything we’ve worked hard all week to make.

Hope to see you somewhere today!

The chores are done. The milk is heating up to make yogurt. My coffee is sitting here beside me, and for once I’m actually drinking it while it’s still hot.

Most days I’m already thinking three projects ahead, but today I’m trying to appreciate where we’re at right now.

The first cutting is nearly wrapped up. Nearly all of my June calves have made their arrival. The store is stocked. The grass is green. And for a little while this morning, everything feels pretty good.

Farming has a way of teaching you not to get too comfortable because there’s always another thing waiting around the corner. But I think that’s exactly why mornings like this matter. You take them when you get them.

If you’re out enjoying this beautiful day, make a point to stop somewhere local. Whether it’s here or another small business, these places only exist because people choose to support them.

As for me, I’ll finish this coffee, make some yogurt, and enjoy this view for another minute before the next thing on the list finds me.

There’s just something about these June sunsets that never gets old.

Making one last round through the dry cows before calling it a night. It looks like we should have at least one, maybe even two, calves by tomorrow.

The June babies are starting to arrive!! ❤️❤️

It’s officially the first day of the Corning Farmers Market season!

We’re here with fresh cheese curds, aged cheddars, yogurt, and all the dairy goodness we’ve been busy making here at the creamery.

If you’re out enjoying the market this morning, stop by and say hello. Whether you’re stocking up on your favorites or trying something new, we’d love to see you.

Happy World Milk Day! 🥛

Milk is pretty incredible when you stop and think about it. From the bulk tank to the bottle, made into yogurt, turned into squeaky cheese curds, or becoming a wheel of cheddar that’s going to sit and age for years, it’s at the heart of everything we do.

Around here, milk starts with cows that need to be cared for every single day. There are no days off in dairy farming. Just a lot of hardworking people showing up morning and night because the cows are counting on them.

So today, raise a glass of milk, enjoy some cheese, have an extra scoop of ice cream, and take a moment to appreciate the farm families behind it all.

And if you happen to know a dairy farmer, maybe tell them thank you. Trust me, they’ll appreciate it.

My loss, your gain. 🤦‍♀️🧀

I thought I was cutting a block of Razor late yesterday only to realize I apparently can’t read dates.

Turns out it was a block of 3-Year Cheddar instead.

So now there’s a bunch of freshly cut 3-Year Cheddar in the store waiting for you. It’s sharp, delicious, and available solely because I wasn’t paying enough attention.

Enjoy!

Ps- I sent a bunch with Faith to Broome County Regional Farmers Market too!

✨2026 Dairy Discovery Camp registration is OPEN! ✨

We’re excited to offer camp again this summer and give kids a chance to experience real life on a working dairy farm. This is a hands-on camp where campers will help care for calves, learn about dairy farming, make butter, cheese, and ice cream, do chores around the farm, and spend their days outside getting dirty and making memories.

One of my favorite parts of this camp is watching kids connect where their food comes from and seeing their confidence grow over the few days they’re here. There’s always a lot of laughs, muddy boots, and tired kids by the end of the day. ❤️

August 11-13th
Ages 8-13

Spots are limited and they usually fill pretty quickly.
