It's that time of year again! We are getting our piglets in next week. We are taking Pre-Order reservation deposits. $200 for a half pig and $400 for a whole pig. The deposit will go towards the full purchase price of the hog $7 per lb hanging weight plus the butchering costs. Buyer is responsible for butchering fees. The average half hog averages $900-$1100 with butchering fees included. $7 per lb hanging weight only for Pre-orders.

We have our farm raised pork fat available. Pork back fat is $5 per lb and perfect for mixing into your favorite venison for those perfect burger blends! Our pork leaf fat has limited quantities and great for making pie crusts and frying!

We got our pigs back from the butcher. All sorts of pork products in stock! Pork belly. Whole pork shoulder, pork tenderloin, Baby back ribs, St. Louis ribs, leaf fat, back fat, pork hocks, pork kidneys, jowls, fresh hams, pork loin roast. Buy more, save more! $13 per lb for 10 lbs. $12.50 per lb for 20 lbs. 1/2 and whole shares available still.
