Human People won a dang GOLD MEDAL 🥇 at GABF for West Coast IPA. THE most competitive category. What the heck?

Anyway, let’s celebrate! WEST COAST WEDNESDAYS you can get the award winning b**r on tap! And we have like two 4pks left! Taste the glory of GABF gold, why not?

To celebrate we will also have pours of Cellarfolk AND our collaboration with Burial B**r Co. !

We will also have ART SUPPLIES out for you to make fun decorations for our walls! Last year it was the absolute best thing that happened. Please come and make our walls spooky!

We medaled GOLD at GABF for WC IPA!

Mal and I are driving back from Yakima from a super fun Fresh Hop Ale Fest but we are so thankful and appreciative of all the texts and messages. Tim is probably sobbing, weeping, throwing up. Who knows?!?

Anyway, BEFORE AND AFTER SCIENCE is still available I think! In the tasting room. Go get some.

Congrats to all the Washington brewers that crushed the game and all our brewing friends that always always make the best b**r in the world. And thanks to Nobody Likes West Coast IPA for this screen grab!

Heyyy B**R CAFÉ RETURNS this week with some great little activities and of course PIZZA 🍕

TUESDAY - FUN FACT NIGHT with our friends at Fun Fact Co . They out together an asynchronous trivia sheet that you can do solo or with friends but not with any friends named muse or Claude or anything not fun like that!

Anyway, come by and answer some trivia and eat Hawaiian pizza and drink l***r b**r 🌺

The fun fact trivia will be done at your own pace. This is like a pizza play mat for adults but with trivia and fun facts! I don’t know, let’s try it!!

PIKNIK - alpine-style Pilsner 4.3%

The tastiest little l***r you can find this side of the Rio Grande.

What started as a an ode to the wonderful hops and spritzy mineral water of Slovenia has become our only regularly produced b**r. Flagship? I dunno. It’s good though and we don’t talk about it enough.

Piknik is dry with a touch of malt sweetness, a balanced but bracing bitterness and hop flavor and finished with a level of minerality that would offend a Burton brewer! It’s ok though, between its high carbonation and mineral profile it drinks crisp and pleasant. It’s all very well planned out for you to enjoy.

Are you interested in the details? Piknik is built on 100% Bamberg pilsner malt, and hopped with Spalter Select and Styrian Bobek ( 🇸🇮 ) fermented at 8C ❄️, open fermented, and naturally carbonated. I dunno, just things we do.

The point is, we released a new batch recently and you should go try it. It comes in its own glass and is poured on a Czech side pull faucet!

SPICY HAWAIIAN VODKA PIZZA is the pizza of your dreams.

An escape from the very slightly gloomy weather. An absolutely crushable special pizza. On tonight and maybe that’s all?

Spicy gochujang vodka sauce, mozz, parm, Canadian bacon, pineapple, green onion, and chili crisp. Wow. We already finished this whole pie before finishing this post.

our tiny little Dolly tribute. And a beautiful little collab with our best buds and inspirations Bizarre Brewing and Slow Body B**r

Built on a bed of Bamberg Munich, Pils (thanks Noble Brewing Supply ), and a touch of some lightly kilned malts all lightly decocted and hopped with Spalter and Mittlefruh. This is our version of Slow Body B**r ‘s same b**r. But theirs is probably incredible and perfect. Not that ours isn’t, but i mean, come on… how can we compete!

It’s toasty, malty, but dry with a touch of malt sweetness in the best way. Pours with a rich and lasting foam.

A beautiful b**r that we will be happy to drink for the next couple months. Please stop by and give it a taste.
