From One Family Farm to Another!
At Nelson’s Apple Farm, family traditions have been part of our story since 1974. That’s one reason we’re proud to carry cheeses from Eichten’s Hidden Acres, another Minnesota family farm with generations of history behind it.
Our connection with Eichten’s goes back to the St. Paul Farmers’ Market, where we first met them. It’s a relationship rooted in the same appreciation for family farming, quality products, and keeping traditions alive.
Eichten’s has been making European-style Goudas and Tilsits since 1976, and we’re happy to continue sharing their cheeses with our Farm Store customers. Along with their cheese curds, string cheese, and spreads, we’ve added something new this year — three of their gift boxes!
