The storms earlier this week brought nothing more than a good rain to the orchard—no damage, just what the trees needed. Both the apple trees and Christmas trees are ready for some spring warmth, and we’re starting to see ‘green tip’ in parts of the orchard. A sure sign the season is waking up!

Pruning season is underway at the orchard. By the time we’re done, roughly 2000 apple trees will have had their annual “hair cut.”

The toys have been collected and the SVU has been filled.
Thank you to everyone that helped fill our Toys for Tots boxes. A special shoutout to Gordon and Melissa Deuel at Crossroads and Castle Rock churches.
We filled three boxes, sent over 100 children’s books, and donated over$60 and will deliver several smiles to children on Christmas morning! You’ve made a difference. Thank you.
