As we are finishing up our final order of 2025 we want to reflect on our first full year of selling beef. This year we’ve had the opportunity to work with 83 families. We are honored to have had 83 families trust in our business to put beef on their tables. We have received tremendous support from our family, friends, neighbors, and customers.Thank you to everyone who has supported us by simply sharing our posts, buying beef, or spreading word of our business. This year has been a tremendous encouragement to us to keep pursuing the goals we set out to accomplish!

The beautiful sounds of a nice cool morning move! We have not been as active here on social media as we would like, but we have been busy! We recently made the move back home with the big herd that was down in Middletown, and are now in our favorite time of the year: grazing through our post-wheat harvest diverse cover crop mix! These cattle are doing amazing on it! We are so excited to continue to grow high quality beef for all of our customers. As always our waitlist is open and full! If you are looking to purchase beef around the turn of the year, now is the time to join.

Along with our finish beef herd, we moved our pairs to some fresh grass today! We are so excited to be working with our great neighbors the Johannes family and the opportunity to utilize our cattle to benefit their hay ground! These little calves have been growing like crazy this year.
