BIG NEWS ‼️

One of the most common questions I get is:

“Can I buy beef directly from you?”

After a lot of planning, I’ve decided to move forward with offering locally raised, locally processed beef directly from our shop.

The plan is to offer:

🥩 Individual cuts such as Ribeyes, New York Strips, Filets, Roasts, Ground Beef, and more.

📦 Beef Box Bundles for families looking to stock their freezer and save money.

Everything will be processed right here at New Town Butcher in Xenia, Ohio.

This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and I’m excited to finally start taking the steps to make it happen.

Looking ahead, my goal is to first serve our local community and then eventually expand into shipping nationwide.

Before we launch, I’d love to know:

Would you be more interested in individual cuts, beef box bundles, or both?

Right now we custom process beef, but I’ve been considering starting my own beef brand.

The plan would be to start locally here in Ohio first and, if everything goes well, eventually offer shipping.
