We have one grass/grain fed steer remaining for freezer beef. $3.75/lb plus processing (processing will be paid to Magro's, and will depend on cuts) It can be divided into 4 quarters, 2 halves or kept whole. Usually around 150 lbs/quarter. Please PM with any interest.

After the toilet paper shortage and JBS meat hack, it is more important then ever to have access to good, local raised food! We are selling our remaining beef to local customers. You may purchase from our website www.bomkefamilyfarms.com. Our meat (Gelbviehx Angus Cross) is grain/grass fed with large cuts. Minimum purchase is 1/4 (approx. 220 lbs of meat). More may be purchased by adding additional quarters to the cart. You will need to have access to a chest freezer, and meat will be picked up by the customer from Magros in Springfield. They will be in contact with you to coordinate. Please PM with any questions!!!

Well it has been a stressful couple of days here! We had a gilt farrow for the first time and she struggled! Labor was slow and long and the weather so hot! Despite pulling the piglets, treating her fever, antibiotics and giving her Gatorade with a syringe to try and hydrate her we lost her. 😢 We were able to save two of the babies and are hoping they will continue to do well on a bottle. Aren't they adorable!!!

Spring is full of new babies! Managlitsa piglets available in 6 weeks $350/piglet or will finish out for pasture raised pork. Will be ready Spring 2020. $200 deposit holds feeder pig! $4.50/lb hanging weight. (Estimate hang weight 175-225 lbs) The Managlitsa is an rare hungarian lard pig known as the "wooley pig". They are consider to be the Kobe Beef of pork.
