🍁 Our new Sugar Shack is underway!
A huge thank you to Grey's Woodworks for building it right here on site at Fire Fox Farms. Watching this building come together in just two days is pretty amazing! 🔨
Once the structure is complete, we’ll begin turning it into a working sugar shack for our maple syrup operation — from tapping our trees to boiling sap and filling bottles. 🍁
We can’t wait to share the progress with you. Stay tuned!

Meet the people behind Fire Fox Farms 🌿

We thought it was time to introduce ourselves! We’re the four owners behind Fire Fox Farms here in Wallkill, NY.

What started as our little piece of the Hudson Valley selling Christmas Trees out of a barn with a dirt floor has grown into a place to
Celebrate • Gather • Grow.

Between the barn and greenhouse, our farm stand, honeybees, maple syrup—and now a new sugar shack in the works—there’s almost always something happening around here.

We love watching the farm continue to grow, while also providing a beautiful space where our guests can create celebrations and memories of their own.

Thanks for following along and watching Fire Fox Farms grow. 💗

🖤 Eternally Yours 🖤
This weekend, the barn at Fire Fox Farms took on an entirely different look.
Deep reds, black lace, dramatic florals and beautifully personal details transformed the space into a romantic gothic setting that was completely their own.

One of our favorite things about opening the barn for weddings is seeing how each couple takes the same space and creates something that reflects their story, their style and their day.

Congratulations to the newlyweds, and thank you for choosing Fire Fox Farms as the place to celebrate such a special chapter. 🖤🥀
