On Tuesday, 20th October, we’re taking over one of London’s hottest private dining rooms - Langosteria at The OWO - alongside François & Justine Petit-Boxler from .

For the first time, the couple will showcase their complete portfolio of Grand Crus from both Ch*****ne and Alsace under one roof.

Following the success of our 'Chardonnay Beyond the Borders' tasting last week, we were reminded just how fantastic Maison Réno’s Santenay 2023 is.

The son of renowned Burgundian w**emaker Philippe Pacalet, Réno could easily have followed the well-trodden path of his father. Instead, he chose to forge his own identity, founding Maison Réno in 2023.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 13 months in old 228L barrels, his Santenay Blanc springs from the glass with a fresh, mineral yet wonderfully deep profile. On the palate, ripe citrus, orchard fruit, and a long, precise, gently saline finish showcase Réno’s deft hand in white w**emaking—hardly a surprise given he oversaw the family’s white vinifications for years before going solo.

A Burgundian hidden gem, this Santenay is a wonderfully expressive Chardonnay from 40-year-old vines rooted in the limestone-rich soils of Le Chainey, just above the Premier Cru Grand Clos Rousseau. Undergoing whole-bunch pressing à la Pacalet, it brings a refined texture, structure, and an intriguing savoury dimension.

LA ROGERIE 2026 RELEASE - NOW IN THE UK 🥂 When our good friends François and Justine Petit-Boxler gave us a tour a few years back, we knew 2026 was going to be a monumental year for their estate.

As one of the most dynamic, forward-thinking young couples in the Côte des Blancs, they’ve been quietly redefining what a new independent Domaine can achieve. 2026 marks a historic milestone for La Rogerie: for the very first time, Justine and François are releasing their full range of w**es, offering a complete picture of the hard work poured into their 2.5 hectares of Grand Cru terroir since 2018.

Even more exciting is their bold philosophical evolution: moving forward, La Rogerie will focus purely on Non-Vintage cuvées, even for single-plot sites (Lieux-Dits). By blending across different harvest years, François and Justine are capturing the ultimate depth, maturity, and site precision from every single plot - bringing the pure essence of terroir to the bottle.
