We are opening the vault for our annual Summer Tasting, bringing together a curated lineup of rare direct imports, highly anticipated new vintages, and fresh arrivals that you won’t find anywhere else.

Whether you’re hunting for microscopic-production Burgundy, Japanese cult labels, or the underground stars of Grower Champagne, this is the room you want to be in.

There are plenty of hyped Burgundy labels sitting dead in cellars right now. Then there’s Si tu Sais - insider wines actually built for the table, where the bottles are opened and shared.

Six cuvées from one of Burgundy’s most compelling low-intervention projects, poured alongside a menu specifically tailored to match. Patrick Johnston is hosting, the setting is intimate, and we’re keeping it entirely focused on the juice in the glass.

New Producer Spotlight: Ledy Vins 🍷 Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy.

On our last tour, we unlocked the doors to a few new vignerons who perfectly capture what’s exciting about the "new wave" of Burgundy. Aurélie Ledy caught our eye with her distinctive labels, but the confidence to rank these among the most compelling wines we’ve tasted this year happened in the glass.

Seeking her own voice, Aurélie launched her own 2-hectare estate in 2023. We are only at the second release, but the energy coming out of this small domaine is palpable. What stands out is the quiet elegance of her vision: maintaining a deep link to tradition while introducing a raw, artistic expression.

These are tiny-production gems: precise, "light-footed" wines with a silky texture and mastered depth. From the delicate Corton Grand Cru to the intense, mineral-driven Nuits-Saint-Georges "Le Côteau du Bois", the purity of fruit is incredible. It is exactly what we at Wine Source find ourselves craving more and more in our glasses these days.

The salivating White Burgundies everyone is chasing – Domaine Jean Fery. 💫

At the start of the year, we began our journey as the exclusive UK direct importer for Domaine Jean Féry, and the response has been nothing short of electric.

These wines became an overnight sensation, quickly becoming staples across London’s buzziest restaurants and wine bars. In fact, demand for Féry’s signature tension and accessible pricing has been so high that we are already on our second restock of the season.

When we welcomed Laurent Fery in London, we had an immediate connection. Our minds were in full sync on what we believe wine should be and how it should make you feel. “Wine doesn’t need to be complicated,” Laurent said when chatting. “It’s your birthday? You had a good day? Open the bottle and enjoy it with your family. Wine is for sharing. A great bottle alone is sad. A simple wine with good people - that is happiness.” These days, we all need more of it. Happy Weekend to you all!
