We had such a good time today at the Delaware Valley Rabbit Breeders show in Collegeville, PA for the very first Mid-Atlantic Silver Fox Rabbit Club specialty show! 🎉

We were honestly blown away by the turnout — 5️⃣0️⃣ Silver Fox entered in the specialty show! It was awesome seeing so many foxes together and getting to spend the day with the Silver Fox fam. Even with the rain, the day felt bright just getting to catch up with old friends, put faces to names, and meet some new people at the table. 🖤

✨ Gumbo ✨ had a pretty nice day too, earning 🥈 2nd Place Fur in the specialty show and 🏆 Best Opposite S*x Breed in Show B. We’re proud of our big guy!

Huge congratulations to all the winners, and thank you to everyone who helped make the first MASFRC specialty show such a success. We’re already looking forward to the next Mid-Atlantic Silver Fox specialty at the Taughannock ARBA show on June 20 in Cortland, NY!

What a great day at the Garden State show spent with friends, good rabbits, and lots of Silver Foxes! We had a really solid turnout too — around 30-40 Silver Fox entered in each show.

Our placements for the day:

Show A: 🥇 1st of 6
Show B: 🥈 2nd of 9

We’re happy with how everyone placed, but even happier that we got to spend the day catching up with friends we don’t get to see nearly enough. That’s always one of the best parts of rabbit shows. ❤️

Now we’re already looking ahead to next weekend at the Delaware Valley RCBA show in Collegeville, PA — a double open show and the very first specialty show for the Mid-Atlantic Silver Fox Rabbit Club! We’re incredibly excited to see it all come together and hope to see lots of familiar faces there.

It’s been a tough year for our Polish program, so this little one feels extra special. 💙

Quinny blessed us with a singleton—just one baby—and if you’ve raised rabbits, you know those can be a little more fragile, especially with these chilly nights still hanging on. But Quinny has been nothing short of incredible. She built the coziest nest and pulled so much fur for her baby—it’s like a little cloud in there.

Now at 10 days old, eyes are open and curiosity is kicking in… and honestly, I’d carry this baby around in my pocket if I could.

We’re really hoping this tiny bun is the start of turning things around for our Polishes. Better with every bun. 🐰

Wrapping up our weekend at Cayuga Lake Rabbit & Cavy Festival - Auburn, NY.

Our Silver Foxes showed up and showed off 💪
✨ Kimchi — Best of Breed
✨ Gumbo — Best of Breed
Each also picked up a Best Opposite S*x!

We’re really proud of how these two are maturing and continuing to represent Dusty Tails Rabbitry so well.

The Polishes were… well… character building this weekend 😅
Pancake at least earned himself a very official “keep trying” ribbon, which feels accurate and humbling.

Win or learn, we’re grateful for the feedback, the miles, and especially the rabbit community. So good seeing everyone!

✨ Big news for Silver Fox fans in the Mid‑Atlantic! ✨

The Mid‑Atlantic Silver Fox Rabbit Club (MASFRC) is officially in the works, and our charter was submitted to ARBA this morning! 🐇🖤 We’re excited to begin building a strong regional community dedicated to promoting and supporting the Silver Fox rabbit across NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, WV, DC, and NC.

This launch comes at a historic moment for the breed—the Silver Fox was recently removed from The Livestock Conservancy’s Rare Breed List, becoming the first rabbit breed to achieve that milestone. While no longer considered rare, continued education, responsible breeding, youth involvement, and exhibitor support remain essential.

MASFRC is being formed to offer specialty shows, sweepstakes opportunities, education, and regional connection in cooperation with American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc. (ARBA) and National Silver Fox Rabbit Club (Official) NSFRC—and we want you involved from the start!

💰 Membership Dues
A membership form will be released once charter approval is received, with the following options planned:

One‑Year Memberships

• Adult: $10

• Youth (under 18): $8

• Family: $12 (2 adults, same household)

• Additional household member: $2

Three‑Year Memberships

• Adult: $25

• Youth (under 18): $20

• Family: $30 (2 adults, same household)

• Additional household member: $5
